The 2011 Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter shot in no way resembles the 1976 image from the Viking Mission .. use the clock ray method which places 12 o'clock at the top on the APOD image, the Sun is shining from three o'clock, whereas the illumination inside the crater is from around half past seven.

The much touted Oracle ThinkQuest Education Foundation mislabeled planet Pluto as Jupiter's moon Ganymede, and has another of Jupiter's moons Europa in locus of Pluto's major satellite Charon! All in keeping with the dumb down underway world wide that has not only infected NASA and the Mars missions, but extends right across the entire educational spectrum.
