This is how I put it .. Leo Frank was convicted in Atlanta Georgia of the April 1913 murder of a 13 yo Mary Phagan, his lawyers appealed the conviction and the death sentence thru thirteen separate hearings all the way to the Supreme Court, all of which upheld the conviction, June 21, 1915 Frank's death sentence was commuted to life imprisonment.
At around 10 pm on the night of August 16, 1915 a lynch mob consisting of twenty eight local men including a former Georgia Governor and the President of the Georgia Senate, the Mayor of Marietta, the County Sheriff , local tradesmen, a hangman and a lay preacher busted Frank out of Milledgeville State Penitentiary.

The Hubble Space Telescope went into orbit with an incorrectly ground primary mirror, B’s of D’s were invested in building, storing and testing the HST prior to launch and nobody had checked to see if the primary mirror was going to work, gimme a break. As well the Spherical Aberration that plagued the mission should have been fixable by moving the secondary mirror, the images attributed to HST that turn up from time to time are said to be taken by image stabilized, multi mirror, ground based telescopes.

Yeah well the Hubble situ is not much good either, the HST was allegedly sent into orbit with an incorrectly ground primary mirror whence the images it returned suffered from "Spherical Aberration," which meant the space telescope could not be focused properly.
There followed several highly expensive "fixit" missions which "they" say solved the problem .. the other side says the fixits were a scam, and all that was needed was for the secondary mirror to be adjusted and the SA would disappear .. NASA and the HST ppl said they did not want to do that for unspecified reasons.
The wonderful shots attributed to the Hubble Space Telescope that turn up from time to time are said to be taken by ground based, multi mirror, image stabilized telescopes.

Saw myself in a full length mirror trying on clothes at a local department store dressed only in shorts, I could not believe how fat I was .. I thought I was in reasonable shape, when I got home I hopped onto the bathroom scales I was 103 kilograms.
Every time I went shopping I got into the apple turnovers and cream, strawberry yogurt, ice cream & and iced coffee. I stopped 'em all that was two yrs ago ..

When I worked as a rigger in the telecommunication industry I was 78 kilos, which is recommended weight for someone of my height just a tad under 6 feet.
Today before I went out I got back on the scales I was 89 kilos exactly .. so I lost fourteen kilos in two yrs, the times I backslid onto the same sort of thing the weight went back up .. I don't work on the weights so much anymore since I shattered my shoulder in a biking accident.
The television aerobics class I did every day went off the air which put a stop to aerobics .. I would go to the gym twice a day and participate in all their classes till they shut down the gym. So when those things stopped is when weight gain happened.
I am 72 yo and ride a bike when I go shopping or go to the doctor, and just lately have been very happy that the midriff region has firmed up and all celulosity has disappeared .. I intend to keep biking and to stay away from bakery stands and ice cream vendors, and expect the kilos to keep on going down until I get back to my working weight ..(((Napoleonic War)))

The Latvians were hostile and gave no comfort to the survivors from Russia, and around thirty thousand died in the streets. The French contingent to the Grand Armee had most survivors, virtually none of the Spanish, Dutch or Portuguese contingents ever saw their homelands again. After other military adventures, exile and restoration and final defeat at Waterloo June 18, 1815, Napoleon Bonaparte on July 15, 1815 had a fisherman row him out to a British Frigate where he requested quarter, the Brits sent him to exile on Saint Helena in the mid Atlantic Ocean where he died May 5, 1821 at age 51 yrs.
Update: If you look at the way Adolf Hitler under his own bat and sans consultation of any kind declared war on the United States Dec. 11, 1941, and the way Napoleon did the same thing similarly on his own undertaking, and without consultation of any kind when he invaded Russia, there are striking similarities.
No less than similarities exist in the way Marshall Ney's troops reinstalled Napoleon under force of arms after his absconding from exile on Elba, and the way Hitler's SS Troops reinstalled Mussolini as Italian dictator similarly under force of arms in 1943.
